The Three C's

Consult: Upon our first contact with you, we will obtain all of the pertinent details regarding your event, such as the date, time, location, occasion, theme, etc. Once we establish the type of entertainment you would like to use (i.e. DJ, variety band, specialty entertainment, etc.), we will discuss options with you and, of course, the all‐important budget! As soon as we have sorted through all of these fun details, we can get the planning process started!

Communicate: After establishing exactly what it is that you envision for your event, we will gather information on various groups that we feel best fit your party profile. You can browse through our website to look at each entertainer, or you can even them out when they perform at local venues. Once you settle on a select few, we will confirm their availability for your date, and request a non‐ binding “hold” in your name. This will let them know you are strongly considering using them for your occasion and will give you “the right of first refusal,” should they be pursued by someone else. When you do make your final decision, we will handle all the contracting between you and your performer..

During this process, we are more than happy to communicate directly with you, as well as with your official party planner and/or coordinator. This assures that everyone stays “in the loop” and that we’re all on the same page. At the end of the day, we want you to enjoy this process and to be completely comfortable with your choice(s)! We will always be available to answer any questions, provide an opinion (or two), and to chat about the details of your big event!

Coordinate: Once your final selections have been made, we consider ourselves the "boots on the ground". In the days and hours leading up to your event, there will be a continuous line of communication between us, the performer, and most importantly, you. We will make sure to supply everyone with information regarding song selections, venue requirements, schedule of events, etc. and ensure that all event coordinators, location managers, caterers, and anyone else that will be interacting with the entertainers are aware of our expectations. We will be there to take care of the “hard stuff” and any last‐minute “surprises” that arise. You, on the other hand, are available to sit back, enjoy yourself, and get ready for the big event!
